You have consented to the use of your profile and photograph (if applicable) by Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ, and any organisations within or outside the European Economic Area acting on its behalf and under its instruction. You have authorised the use of such data for any proper and legitimate promotional, advertising or educational purposes by Goldsmiths, either on or off campus. Such usage may include marketing materials such as printed prospectuses, social media posts, and webpages. The information will be held by the Communications team on behalf of Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ and may be used for up to four years after the collection of your profile.

Goldsmiths will keep your details on a password-protected database, and will share them only with other Goldsmiths departments or third party contractors who agree to abide by strict data protection rules.

Withdrawing consent

Should you wish to withdraw your consent at any time, you are free to do so. Please email communications@gold.ac.uk with your name and, ideally, an idea of the date when you submitted your profile via this site. We will then ensure your material is no longer used by Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ and that copies of your material are removed from our database as quickly as possible.
