Advancing Resilience (Workshop Series)
Designed for managers, entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs, this workshop series focuses on strengthening resilience during periods of pressure or disruption. Learning includes:

- Shaping work environments and resources to reduce stress
- Identifying coping strategies that undermine resilience
- Developing practical strategies to sustain performance and wellbeing

These programmes are designed for current and aspiring managers, entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs working in fast-paced, uncertain or high-demand environments.
Who leads it
The programmes are led by Dr Rachel Doern, Lecturer in Management at Ó£ÌÒÊÓÆµ. Her research explores the emotions, behaviours and decision-making of entrepreneurs and managers under pressure, with a particular focus on resilience and vulnerability in challenging contexts.
