Leadership, Corporate Governance and Finance for SMEs
This programme brings together practical accounting knowledge with strategic perspectives on governance and leadership.
Overview
Effective leadership, sound financial decision-making and strong corporate governance are essential for organisations seeking to grow sustainably. For small and medium-sized enterprises, these responsibilities often sit with a small leadership team, making it especially challenging to balance day-to-day operations with longer-term strategic oversight.
This programme provides research-led insight into leadership, corporate governance and finance, tailored to the realities of SMEs. Combining practical financial understanding with a strategic exploration of governance and leadership challenges, the programme supports organisations to strengthen decision-making, manage people and resources more effectively and build structures that support growth.
