Who leads it  

The programme is led by , Lecturer in Management and Innovation.  

Sven’s research focuses on innovation and entrepreneurship, with particular expertise in deep-tech and science-based ventures. He supports participants to reflect on their own approaches, make strategic decisions with confidence, and develop authentic entrepreneurial identities. Through mentoring and research-led insights, Sven helps entrepreneurs and organisations identify opportunities, navigate uncertainty and drive impactful innovation.
