Bank Holiday

The Library Help Desk and Live Chat will be closed on the May Bank Holiday (Monday, 4 May 2026). The building remains open 24/7. Normal hours resume Tuesday 5 May 2026.

You also have continued access to an extensive digital library, including 228 databases, over 40,000 e-books and more than 12,000 online journals, available online, 24/7.

In-person

In-person support is by appointment only. The IT Service Desk is located on the first floor of the Library. After going through the Library security gates, take the first staircase on your left. When you reach the first floor, turn right and follow the signs to the end of the building. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please use the confirmation email sent to you when you made your booking.
