Kiki is a Business Psychologist and Data Scientist, combining psychological theory with machine learning methodology. Her fundamental interests are in computational psychometrics and the ethical application of algorithms in behavioural analytics, game-based assessment, consumer psychology, personal values, social media psychology, and entrepreneurship.
Kiki works both in academic and industry settings consulting to global organisations including HireVue, Red Bull, Admiral, and Dunnhumby, and working with startups that are driving innovation in psychometrics.
She is a Chartered Psychologist of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology in the United States (SIOP).
