From live music to lectures, and plays to poetry slams, there are countless ways that you can experience what makes Ó£ÌÒÊÓÆµ special and celebrate the achievements of our community. Here's our pick of six things to do in the coming week.

Explore: Goldsmiths women's influence on fashion and power



April is the last month to catch , curated by honorary graduate Dame Zaha Hadid. Through interviews, multimedia and unique historic pieces of clothing, the exhibition looks at how princesses, models, CEOs, Dames and designers have used fashion to define and enhance their position in the world. It features Ó£ÌÒÊÓÆµ alumni and fellow Camila Batmanghelidjh, Dame Vivienne Westwood, and Dame Mary Quant.

Eat: Your way around South London

Londoners have voted and the results are clear; South London is one of the best places in the capital to find value-for-money food.  featured two eateries that are on Goldsmiths' doorstep - Meze Mangal and Brockley Market. Other south of the river places include Brixton and Borough market, both a short hop from New Cross.

Immerse: yourself in Christian Marclay at White Cube

Students from our Compuational Arts programmes have worked with internationally renowed artist Christian Marclay to deliver his major new exhibition in London. Antonio Daniele and Haein Kim (MFA Computational Arts) and Diego Fagundes (PhD, Arts and Computation) created animations for the show’s centrepiece - a large-scale, dizzying, Pop Art video installation which projects across four walls.
