Student tickets
You will receive an email from Goldsmiths with a QR code for your ceremony date. On the day, please have this QR code ready to show at the registration desk. A member of our team will scan the code to check you in and give you a wristband. You will then receive an email and/or text with your row and seat number.
Guest tickets
If you booked any guest tickets, confirmation of your guests’ row and seat numbers will be emailed to you on Thursday 27 August 2026 by Marston Events. When you check in, we will give you additional wristbands for your guests. Please ensure they have their wristbands and know what their seat numbers are before you go into the ceremony room, as you will not be seated together.
Please note that all guests must have a ticket to gain access to the venue; this includes the photography studios. Extra guest tickets may be available to purchase on the day (£38 per ticket). Subject to availability, these will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Those without a ticket, or who were unable to purchase guest tickets for the ceremony room, may be able to purchase a live-streaming ticket (£15 per ticket). This gives your guests access to a private room where they can watch the ceremony live and then join you at the drinks reception after your ceremony.
Please note that these tickets are limited and subject to availability and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
If your guests do not purchase a ticket, they will not have access to the venue and will need to wait in the public area on the ground floor until they can be reunited with their graduate.
Please contact graduation (@gold.ac.uk) if you have any questions.
